IMPORTANT SECURITY INFORMATION
Please note that effective 12/1/2021 our service provider uses zip code verification for all transactions. This is an additional layer of security for your payment card and information. The zip code for your credit card
processor and your payment must match exactly or your payment will be declined. If you receive an AVS mismatch error, please verify your information before attempting your payment again.
FOR UTILITY DEPOSITS
Before you have an account number to reference, you must use
Miscellaneous Payments to pay your Utility Deposit online.
FOR UTILITY PAYMENTS
- You will need your new account number and your last payment
amount.
- Register for a login and password for easier access to the site.
- View or “Quickpay” your utility bill online.
- Set up automatic recurring payments with a debit card, credit card or draft from your bank account. Change your payment type at any time.

1 - Monthly Draft
- Complete the Bank Draft Enrollment Form.
- Payments will draft on or around the 10th of each month. for those who have signed up.
- After you are set up, "DRAFT" will appear on your bills until you tell us to stop.
